Engineering Support is offered
through the MTM Association's subsidiary the MTM Productivity
Services Corporation (MTM PSC). MTM PSC is one of five worldwide
organizations offering engineering support in the areas of:
System Selection
Technical papers providing guidance in the selection of the
appropriate MTM System for specific requirements are available. MTM-PSC would also be pleased to provide a professional
survey and plant review to assist in the identification of your
companies specific work measurement needs.
Technical Assistance
MTM PSC offers on-site assistance in the application of
all MTM Systems to organizations with little or no practical
experience in the use of MTM. Engineering support can also be made
available for the purpose of auditing of MTM based work measurement
standards.
Performance Audits
MTM PSC offers Performance
Audit designed to evaluate an organization’s work standards and
labor utilization programs. This audit services as blue print
providing in-depth knowledge of the current state of organizations
manufacturing process, as well as, a detailed plan to move an
organization forward to achieve maximum profitability from its
engineering efforts.
Engineering Capacity
With access to over one hundred and fifty engineers worldwide,
MTM PSC stands ready to offer your organization staff support to
accomplish those engineering projects that are either too complex or
too involved to be completed by your organizations internal staff.
